Jan Vekemans – Founder and CEO
After finishing his Masters in IT-Mathematics, Jan entered the ICT market in 1983. He worked for various companies in various positions, with management positions since 1992. Jan developed the channel for Vasco Data Security, a leading manufacturer of advanced authentication solutions in Europe. On his departure the Vasco channel was build upon 50 running resellers and distributors. He then joined Baltimore Technologies where he had to bring the Central and Eastern European organization to profitability. Finished with this task Jan took Netilla Networks, a leading manufacturer of SSL & Remote Access and Control Appliances, to the European market. Practically started as a one-man company he build it to a full European organization, ready to merge with AEP Networks. After the merger Jan became VP Sales EMEA for AEP Networks. Jan is a true entrepreneur who knows how to achieve his goals. He speaks English, Dutch, German and French fluently. Jan@solveidea.com
